St. Croix Food & Wine Experience

This is a date you’ll want to mark on your calendar.  The tenth annual St. Croix (U.S. Virgin Islands) Food & Wine Experience is a gathering of talents including local chefs and Caribbean wine experts during the 4-day extravaganza to be held April 13 to 17, 2010.

The St. Croix Food & Wine Experience is a culmination of wine seminars held at local restaurants & hotels, gourmet dinners, wine auctions, and the island-wide culinary competition to be held at the Divi Carina Bay followed by a Moet & Chandon after party.  This year’s celebrity chef line-up includes Gabriel Rucker of Portland, OR; Roberto Trevino of Puerto Rico; Tim Love of Ft. Worth, TX; and Kevin Rathbun of Atlanta, GA.  

A highlight of the St. Croix Food & Wine Experience are the Cork & Fork Dinners that take place in private historic island homes.  The exact locations for 2010 are yet to be finalized but be assured that each home will feature authentic island flare accompanied by the cuisine of a celebrity chef.
