It's Hot in BC This Winter!

It's hot in BC this winter! Wait. What?!

Yep, we've got cold weather and fresh powder on our majestic mountains - but we've also got many natural hot springs throughout our beautiful province of British Columbia.

The southern interior region of BC, known as the Kootenay/Rockies, is one of the best areas to visit in the province, in my humble opinion. Visitors here can enjoy wildlife viewing, world-class skiing, hiking, cross country and even adventurous heli-skiing!

The Kootenay/Rockies are full of natural hot springs - so much so that there's an established Hot Springs Circle Route which encompasses Radium Hot Springs, Fairmont and Invermere, at the Rocky Mountains near Alberta, and then looping west to Ainsworth Hot Springs and Halcyon Hot Springs at Nakusp, which is near the funky town of Nelson, BC.
