Review: La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel, Bayfront Park, Miami

If you’re planning a trip to Miami in the near future, be sure to check out La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel in Bayfront Park.

Just what is La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel? The true artisan food market in San Miguel, Spain, is actually one of the countries’ most visited and highly-rated markets. This temporary Miami version in Bayfront Park is a top-notch Spanish food court, which originally opened in September 2015.

This trendy, 9,000-square-foot pop-up market offers Spanish cuisine favorites like paella, tapas, croquetas and of course, Spanish wines. If you’re longing for some authentic Spanish food, the prices are extremely reasonable, with the most expensive dish running about $8.

Although La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel is open from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10:00 a.m. until midnight Friday and Saturday, my recommended time to visit is during the evening when the open-air setting gives way to the electric downtown Miami views. The venue is perfect for date night, a friends get together, or for a family outing.

Don’t miss out! La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel will be open only until January 30, 2016, at its’ Bayfront Park location, 301 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami. Admission is free!
